Federation University, Bachelor of Visual Arts offers a diverse and multi-faceted program.

The courses are sequential from the first-year introduction/foundation level to more explorative, expansive courses throughout the years of study. Students in their third year deliver their own concepts through self-directed research and presentation and this culminates in their folio as being of exhibition standards.

Federation University, Bachelor of Visual Arts-Ballarat is the regional voice for the Visual Arts of Victoria. The course is delivered in the CBD-Arts Academy, Ballarat where it sees itself connected to local and regional Community Art groups and has links to various Industry Creative Partnerships. We continue to grow as a dynamic creative hub and the university is committed to its new Cooperative model.
