We’re looking for diverse skills and perspectives
Council is made up of people from art education, museums and galleries, creative industries, business, government and beyond. We strive to be a diverse and inclusive organisation and are seeking to better represent the early years, special needs, art therapy, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education, and school leadership.
Councillors are expected to volunteer their time and skills
A 2017-18 council induction day will take place soon after the annual general meeting. There are four governance meetings a year which councillors are expected to attend in person or online. Ad-hoc meetings and committees may be organised to deliver specific projects. Councillors have the opportunity to lead at least one project throughout the year.
Nominate for the 2017-18 council by filling out the form below by Sunday 30 July.
Please note that a list of nominees will be circulated to members before the annual general meeting. We will not disclose your email address or phone number.
