Studio Dax @ School invites all Victorian secondary school students to draw, paint, sketch, sculpt, sew or write a response to the statement:

‘How I feel right now’ using materials available to them at home.

To submit your art-work:
Students, parents or teachers can submit the student’s artwork by taking a photograph of the art and tagging @daxcentre on Instagram or by email to info@daxcentre.org

If you email your artwork please include:

• Your Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• School Name

If you submit via Instagram we will message you via Instagram to ask for the above details. We ask that there is only one submission per student. For privacy reasons, only the student’s first name and school name will be published.

All students who submit an artwork have the opportunity to receive one of three cash prizes of $100 each.  The Secondary School with the most submissions will receive two complimentary education sessions at The Dax Centre in 2021.

The Dax Centre will exhibit a curated selection of artworks in an online exhibition in June and July 2020. The artworks shared in the online exhibition will also be featured on The Dax Centre’s Instagram and Facebook page throughout the months of June and July.

Artwork Submission Open: From May 4 2020
Artwork Submissions Close: May 31 2020

Online Exhibition Timing:
June 15 -July 10 2020
