Melbourne Museum | Revolutions: Records and Rebels teacher preview

See how a visit to Revolutions: Records and Rebels can be integrated into cross disciplinary themes for Years 9–12 in this exclusive after hours viewing for teachers.

This exhibition employs critical and creative thinking across the curriculum for Years 9–12. Join our education experts as they discuss the many cross-disciplinary themes that this exhibition invites – sustainability, civil rights, ethical capability, visual communication, design and technology, history and politics. Meet three young secondary school student activists who will talk about their social action campaigns.

Revolutions: Records and Rebels captures the voices of disruptors in music, fashion, technology and politics. Join us as we explore the impact the period from 1967 to 1970 had on the way we live today. Passionate young people are once again rising as catalysts for change. What do they understand about this seminal period in modern history?

Note that this exhibition contains mature content, including violence, drug references, nudity and adult themes – viewer discretion is advised. Teachers of students under the age of 18 will have the opportunity to preview content before bringing them to the exhibition.
